Command Center BD shows your business development team their pipeline and field staffing side by side. This app is how it reads staffing from Procore. It only reads. It never creates, changes or deletes anything in your Procore account, and you can remove it at any time.
What the app reads

Nothing at the project level. No documents, drawings, financials, schedules or timesheets.
Before you begin
- You need Admin permission on the company-level Directory tool in Procore.
- Have the App Version ID we sent you. It is a 36-character code, not a password.
Steps
- Sign in to Procore and open the company-level Admin tool.
- Under Company Settings, click App Management.
- Click Install App, then Install Custom App.
- Paste the App Version ID and click Install. Procore shows the two read-only permissions above. Click Install again to confirm.
- If Procore offers to create an app configuration, click Skip.
- If Procore asks which projects the app may access, choose Add to Active and Future Projects. This keeps new jobs appearing in Command Center BD without anyone having to remember to add them.
- Send us your Procore company ID. It is the number after
procore.com/in your browser's address bar on the company home page.
That is all. We take it from there and confirm with your BD lead once the first sync has run.
Questions your IT team may ask
Are we handing over a password or API key?
No. Procore creates a service account for the app inside your company when you install it, limited to the permissions above. No credentials change hands, and your team's logins are not involved.
Why does the app list both service-account and user-level authentication?
Procore's developer portal requires both boxes to be ticked on this kind of app. Only the service-account connection is used. Procore's API support confirmed this in writing to us on September 25, 2026, and we can forward that note.
Can we turn it off?
Yes. Company-level Admin, App Management, find Command Center BD, and uninstall. Access ends immediately.
Where does the data go?
Into your Command Center BD workspace, which only your invited users can open. Our privacy policy covers this website; the service agreement covers your Command Center BD data.
